Want to build your email list, while making money along the way?
If so, then this offer might be for you
This month, I’ve had a weird emphasis on busting out my “unique” offers.
A couple weeks ago, I landed a client for my “Facebook Sales Letter” Ad offer, which I’m not going to lie — is probably my favorite thing to do.
It gives these types of vibes:

Albeit in an “ad format”, so there’s a little more sales logic involved.
Love doing this for a few reasons, but at the end of the day, it’s a good way to generate leads.
When you can cover everything in one pitch, doing so via a “long-form” ad, everything is better on the backend — but it’s not something I do a lot.
Trust me, I’d love to, but most “high-paying” clients simply don’t want to take that approach.
They’re always worried about other things, such as:
“My industry doesn’t do this, so my competition will laugh at me”…
Something I’ve never fully understood, but it happens nonetheless.
Seeing that, I decided to open that up, finding the perfect fit — and there’s one other “unique” system I like to do as well.
It’s something I’ve actually only done for my business (dozens of times), with the exception of a consulting client I helped years ago, and he drove traffic to this system with YouTube Ads.
His main goal was making money, while also building an email list he could monetize later on, so that was the perfect setup.
Pretty much exactly what these systems do, but I’ll be honest with you, I don’t think “advertising” is necessarily the best approach here either.
Not because it doesn’t work, but because the “alignment” is off.
When people use these types of systems, it’s really designed for those who are positioned as “solopreneurs”.
There’s a very “personal” feel to it, which is one of the many reasons it works great, and that means it’s reserved for those who likely don’t have a HUGE advertising budget.
- Coaches
- Service-providers
- Consultants
- Etc…
Everybody who’s not looking to spend a lot of money on ads, and because of that, I typically like driving traffic with content.
When you do this correctly, it’s not hard to get leads into your funnel for “free”, and it’s also the perfect journey for prospects.
Start off with some form of “educational” content, then get more into “offer mode” when they enter your system, and even though I’ll explain this in full detail next — here’s the system I’ve been talking about:
Upside Down Funnels
When it comes to these types of funnels, the beauty of them is how it’s able to target every “segment” of your market.
For example, let’s say you’re a Web Designer, and your main thing is SEO.
You’re great at building customized websites, ones that are fast, but also have better SEO capabilities.
That allows clients to get more organic traffic, and it’s something that can be applied in many different formats.
- Bloggers who want to build their email list
- E-commerce stores that want more sales
- Service-providers who want more leads…
All “different” prospects, but also ones that can still benefit from your service.
Seeing this, you probably don’t want to position your entire business around:
“We help bloggers build their email list (with SEO websites)”…
Mainly because it’s limiting your opportunity.
You know you can help others, so it doesn’t make sense, and this type of system is great at avoiding that.
Now, in the beginning stages, your content can attract different crowds.
One day you write an article about:
“3 website tweaks, that’ll grow your email list”…
And that content is obviously designed for the “blogger” crowd.
You’ll be speaking with them specifically, and of course, one of those tweaks will have to do with “SEO capabilities”.
Maybe say something along the lines of:
“Most websites have slow site speed, killing their SEO. You need to leverage a customized platform in order to avoid this”…
That way you’re “pre-selling” them for the next step.
Not doing so in an “unethical” way either, because it’s true, but something you have to mention either way.
Seeing this, you do that, then at the very end of this article — you have a simple call-to-action.
One that says:
“Ricky Davis is a Web Designer that specializes in building custom websites, helping you get more organic traffic because of it. To learn more, visit XYZ.com”…
And when they visit XYZ.com, they’ll see a landing page.
One that offers your infokit, and all they have to do in order to view this, is fill out the short form.
You’ll have to send it their way, which is very important to do, as we don’t want to rely on “one asset” here.
This would limit your opportunity, as you’d only be speaking with the “most aware” crowd, and we know that’s a smaller portion of your market.
The majority of your prospects aren’t at that point yet, which is fine, as we’ll then have supplemental assets that are designed for them.
This will take place via “drip funnel”, and the main goal of those future emails, is an “objection-handling” of sorts.
If you know the main objection for some is:
“We’re small, we only need Wordpress now. We’ll consider you later on”…
And also know that’s not true, then we’d build an email helping them see everything in the right light.
It’d be “educational” by nature, as we don’t want to sell in every email, but the main logic remains the same.
The primary goal of this email is helping them see their current thought process isn’t correct, mainly so they’re in alignment with your actual offer.
That’s what gets people to move forward, and to do that, it’d likely be a 3K word email.
The headline might be:
“Domain authority, the one SEO concept everybody overlooks”…
And in that email, we’d talk about how starting with a Wordpress website, can slow their progress later on.
“Google looks at your domain authority as a whole, and if you aren’t optimized for the first 3 years, it can slow your progress when you do finally make the switch.
This is why it’s better to have a customized website upfront, as it avoids these issues altogether”…
I don’t know, kind of talking out of my butt here, but you get the general logic either way.
The following 7 emails will all be designed around objections, but also educational in nature, that way they keep coming back — and you get a form of “brand awareness” as a byproduct.
After reading these emails for 2–7 days, along with your infokit, they start to become familiar with you.
Combine that with a call-to-action at the end of each email, you’ll generate good leads in the first 7 days, and then have a list of subscribers you can email later on.
Probably doesn’t hurt if you have a weekly newsletter, that way you can stay in touch, but there’s a lot of things you can do after that.
- Occasionally mention your offer, getting them to move forward weeks later
- Build an online course, selling to the market who can’t afford your services
- Etc…
Something that generates revenue upfront, and builds “equity” that you can benefit from later on.
Great system in itself, something that looks like this:
And can then be replicated for other segments of your market.
For that article, we targeted “bloggers”, but the next article could target “ecommerce” stores.
Maybe write something along the lines of:
“7 SEO mistakes that’s hurting sales on your website”…
And just like our example from earlier, we’d have the same call-to-action at the end of this article as well.
Say:
“Ricky Davis is a Web Designer that specializes in building custom websites, helping you get more organic traffic because of it. To learn more, visit XYZ.com”…
Which would send them to the exact same system as earlier, because by that point in the process, both prospects are ready for the same information.
They can already see how your offer helps them, albeit doing so in different ways, so everything else would revolve around the “offer” itself.
Anyway, one of the many reasons why I love these systems:
And I’ll get to the offer next, but before reaching that point, I wanted to mention one thing:
The downside of using them
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s how something that feels good “instantly”, generally harms you in the long run.
A simple example of this would be eating a Snickers bar.
When you first start munching on that chocolatey-goodness, it’s a really great feeling.
The taste of sugar in your mouth is enough to get anybody’s dopamine running, which is why so many people do this, but deep down — we know it’s not a great idea either.
If we do this every once in a while, it’s probably not the biggest deal, but it doesn’t take long before an addiction is formed.
You do this one day, just as a “treat”, but then before you know it — it’s a nightly routine.
Couldn’t imagine going to bed without your daily snickers, it’s how you “treat” yourself, then next thing you know — you’re extremely overweight and have some health issues.
Feel like it happened overnight, even though it’s been months (if not years) in the works, and that’s kind of how “short-term” thinking always pans out.
We tell ourselves we’ll do it “just this once”, but then a vicious cycle is created, and I’ve noticed how this happens a lot in the business world as well.
Everybody is looking for “instant” results, so they try things that COULD provide them, yet never get what they want.
Might launch an ad one day, just so you can get “quick” leads in, but then after spending $300 and not having any results — you’re stuck.
Just wasted a week of your time, along with $300, and might have some “sunk costs”.
Almost similar to a gambler chasing money, where they lose $500 and now have to win it back, so they decide to do a “bigger” bet.
Just “know” it’ll work this time, before they know it, it’s 3 months later — and they’re now $2K in the hole.
Anyway, you get the hint, but I’m saying this as these systems take the opposite approach.
One where it feels “shitty” in the beginning stages, as it’s a bit of work and you won’t see results overnight, but then once everything clicks — it’s a long-term solution that’ll continue benefiting you.
Similar to working out, it hurts at first, but then when you’re the jacked dude walking down the street:
It’s worth it, as nobody messes with you, and you can get any partner you want.
Needless to say, that’s really the main thing I wanted to mention, and it’s not like this takes months before kicking in either.
For me personally, I could probably create a system and have clients in the door, within 5 days.
That’s because I’ve spent years sharpening this skill, so it’s “easy” for me, but I’m guessing it’ll be a little longer for you.
In the beginning stages, we need to take time and make sure your “foundation” is built.
This includes:
- Positioning
- Market Alignment
- Offer Creation
- Etc…
All things that aren’t “sexy”, but are also the most important part.
After that, we’ll then need to actually build the system, which takes a few days — and then we’ll have to ensure your content is good.
Everything I’ll help with, so that’ll drastically speed up the process, but it’s something to keep in mind either way.
If I HAD to give you a guess on the timeline, I’d say it’ll take 3 weeks before having the system built, and then another 1 -2 weeks before leads start coming in.
This isn’t saying you have to quit everything you’re doing right now either, I don’t think you should, as I only need one hour a day from you.
Want to start a habit where you spend the first hour of your day working on content, that way you can post and let the system handle everything after that.
Might not feel like a “big deal” for the first few days, but you do this over the course of a year, I think you’ll be bamboozled with what just happened.
Anyway, that’s it for now, so let’s look at:
The offer
For the offer itself, the actual deliverable is helping you create a system that looks like this:
And the offer itself, is broken down into 5 main parts:
Item #1 — Positioning (Consulting)
For this aspect of marketing, it’s where we find a unique angle, one that allows you to stand out.
Don’t worry, this probably doesn’t mean you’ll have to do anything different, it’s merely the angle we’ll take.
That’s kind of my “main thing”, so I’ll help you do all this, then after that’s complete — we’ll move onto:
Item #2 — Market Alignment (Consulting)
In terms of market alignment, this is really where we hone in, and focus on prospects who would be the perfect fit for your business.
Very important to do that upfront, as it impacts everything we do later on.
- Objections we overcome
- Content we create
- Etc…
So I’ll also help with this, mainly to make sure everything is in alignment.
After that, we’ll move onto:
Item #3 — Offer Creation (Consulting)
For this step, now that we have our positioning and market in place, it’s time to create a good offer for them.
I’m not talking about cheesy offers either, saying:
“100 leads or you don’t pay!”…
I’m talking about legitimate offers, that provide your prospects with everything they need.
To give you some context on this, my offer to you is:
- Item #1 — Positioning (Consulting)
- Item #2 — Market Alignment (Consulting)
- Item #3 — Offer Creation (Consulting)
- Item #4 — Conversion System (Done-For-You)
- Item #5 — Traffic Consulting (Consulting)…
As I know that’s everything you need in order to get results.
If I left one item out, you’ll never reach the end goal, and that’s where most mess up.
They target companies who know nothing about marketing, then say:
“I’ll increase your conversions with video!”…
Yet don’t create any results after that.
Not because their videos suck, but because their alignment is off.
If they target people who actually understood:
- Positioning
- Market Alignment
- Offer Creation
- Etc…
Then delivered that knowledge via video, they’d be okay.
They could get away with “video only” at that point, but you need to make sure you’re targeting the right market.
This is why alignment is so important, because once that’s in place, everything naturally works out.
Seeing that, I’ll help you build the right offer here, that way you’re selling something that actually provides an outcome that people pay for — then we have:
Item #4 — Conversion System (Done-For-You)
At this stage, we have the foundation built, and it’s now time to start building everything out.
For this offer, I’d like to do all this for you, as that makes life easier on my end.
It’s a lot harder to “teach” this skill, as there’s so many nuances, so I’d like to just build this for you.
That’ll include:
- Landing Page
- Offer Sheet (sales letter, infokit, whatever you want to call it)
- 7 email funnel
- Uploading everything
- Etc…
That way it’s completely setup.
By the time I’m done with this, it’ll work on autopilot, requiring nothing else on your end — then we’ll move onto the last step:
Item #5 — Traffic Consulting (Consulting)
For this item, I’d love to just create content for you, but I also know that part generally works better when you do it.
For the “conversion asset”, this is something that only has to be built once, so it’s more economical on your end to have me do this for you.
It’s a fully automated asset you can use for years, so it’s not hard to get your money back, but that’s a little different when it comes to ongoing content.
If I had to do this as retainer work, it’s something that’ll constantly be on my mind, meaning I’d have to charge a decent amount for it.
A lot of mental energy, so have to do this, but you inherently don’t have to worry about that as much.
This business is on your mind everyday anyway, and on top of that, you’re personally working with clients.
That gives you “insights and ideas” without even trying, so it works best when you create your own content, but I’ll obviously help you get this up and running.
For the most part, one thing I’ve learned about content, is how everybody’s “alignment” is off.
They’ll write about stuff that’s not even applicable to their market, so I’ll teach you how to avoid that, while also learning how to generate content that gets people to move forward.
From there, you’ll just need to dedicate a little bit of time to this every morning, say 30–60 minutes — which is probably A LOT less than you’re doing now.
Between worrying about where your next lead is going to come from, or chasing down bad prospects, most spend like 4 hours a day on marketing — when it doesn’t need to be that way.
When you can create content for 30–60 minutes, posting in the right places afterwards, then having a system that handles most of the work for you — all that drastically decreases.
Now, when you do jump on phone calls, “sales” is a lot easier — mainly because they understand everything upfront.
Not only shortens your sales cycle, but also requires the need for spending a lot of time on “manual” sales, meaning you end up putting hours into your day in the long run.
Anyway, that’s a brief overview of the offer, which again — was this:
- Item #1 — Positioning (Consulting)
- Item #2 — Market Alignment (Consulting)
- Item #3 — Offer Creation (Consulting)
- Item #4 — Conversion System (Done-For-You)
- Item #5 — Traffic Consulting (Consulting)…
And ends up building a system like this:
Which takes us to:
Pricing
For the pricing aspect of this offer, it’s honestly the main reason why I haven’t done this sooner.
I’ll mention what I’m doing in a second, but for context, I knew a company who did something very similar years ago — and they charged $10K (plus royalties) for the setup.
Only thing they did differently, was create a Facebook Ad (that you had to manage afterwards), and their clients also had to spend at least $1K/month on ads.
Fairly expensive all-around, but it did work great.
When you do this correctly, it’s not hard to ROI from it, but I know the market who’d benefit from this the most — and I also know $10K is a lot of money for them.
Not a lot of people have that laying around, so for now, I’m going to do this for a lot cheaper than that.
If you want to know “why”, it’s really just a way of me scratching an itch.
I always have a lot of thoughts in my head, such as:
“I should create a consulting program that teaches people how to do this, as it’s the perfect acquisition system for solopreneurs”…
But I also don’t like to do “full launches”, until validating it’s something I like to do first.
If I go through the process and am like:
“Yeah, screw that. I’d have to charge $30K to get my money’s worth, know nobody in this market will pay that amount”…
Then I chalk it off as an idea I’m not going to move forward with, and put an end to the process that way.
On the other hand, if I do like it, then I can start building a product around it — and your case study never hurts either.
At the end of the day, it’s a system I personally love, and I know it works — I just want to see if I like doing this for others.
A lot of time and energy that goes into it, and I know it works for any market, as the “principles” remain the same — it’s merely making sure we get everything in the right place.
That’s why I go through the first 3 items before doing anything else, as it’s hard to mess up after that, but for the offer pricing — which includes:
- Item #1 — Positioning (Consulting)
- Item #2 — Market Alignment (Consulting)
- Item #3 — Offer Creation (Consulting)
- Item #4 — Conversion System (Done-For-You)
- Item #5 — Traffic Consulting (Consulting)…
And builds a system like this:
I’m currently doing it, for the one-time price of $997.
Feel like that’s more than fair, and I hate to sound like a “marketer” when I say this, but I’m seriously only doing this for one person.
I know it’s going to take me a lot of hours to go through all this, so I’m only doing it for one person, as I know that’s enough for me to get the data I need — while also making sure you receive all the attention necessary in order to get results.
Anyway, that’s it for now, and if you’re interested:
Here’s the next steps
For the next steps of this process, all I ask at this point, is that you fill out a short form below.
I want to make sure you’d be a good fit for these systems first, and if so, I’ll then send you the deposit invoice — that way you can secure your spot.
It’s going to be a “first come, first serve” setup as well, so please keep an eye on your email after submitting this form.
If you’re a good fit, and the first to contact me, I’ll reserve your spot for roughly 60 minutes — then move onto the next if I don’t hear back.
Not doing this to be a dick, just know there’s people who fill out these forms and aren’t truly committed to moving forward, so I don’t want to ignore those who are.
Anyway, that’s it for now, so if you’re interested in moving forward with this — click on the link below:
And fill out the short form after that.
If the form is still open, that means nobody has moved forward yet, if it says “offer closed” — then I’ve obviously filled the spot.
Needless to say, think that’s it for real now, and I’ll also have a “question” section on the form — that way you can ask any remaining questions I didn’t address there.
Again, if interested, link to the form is below:
So thanks again for reading, and hopefully we talk to you soon.
-Sean
P.S. You also won’t need any capital outside of my pricing I mentioned earlier. The only “tool” we need is an email marketing software, but ConvertKit provides everything we need for free, up to your first 10K subscribers — so no other expenses take place.
